In my case, Detective Marchele Miller exemplified deceptive actions that deeply impacted the pursuit of justice. She authored a police report riddled with deliberate falsehoods, strategically omitting material facts and concealing evidence to fit a contrived narrative, despite having access to the actual facts and proof. Her malice was further evidenced by providing false testimony before the Grand Jury, relying on hearsay to secure an indictment. Shockingly, Detective Miller’s credibility was further compromised by her own criminal history and arrest record dating back to February 23, 2012, which included instances where she lied to other police officers and exhibited racist behavior. These actions underscore a troubling pattern of misconduct and bias, fundamentally undermining the integrity of the investigation and the legal process.
Jamil Trevon Curd‘s extensive history of deception and criminal behavior significantly impacted my case and numerous others. With over 25 prior criminal police reports documenting his involvement in residential burglary, aggravated assaults, DUI, criminal damage, and disorderly conduct, Curd’s pattern of misconduct is clear. Even more alarming is the pending investigation into his actions related to the death of Royce Emmett Walker on May 21, 2015. At the time of my incident, Curd had five active arrest warrants, yet Detective Marchele Miller deliberately omitted this critical information from her reports. By supporting Curd’s criminal conduct and perpetuating further deception, Detective Miller compromised the integrity of the investigation and justice system, highlighting systemic issues of bias and corruption.
